Staff Engagement Survey
We value employee feedback! Which is why Stanford periodically conducts a university-wide Staff Engagement Survey.
The survey is designed to measure engagement, alignment with strategy and agility related to change, as well as other areas that are critical to the success of the organization, like collaboration, efficiency, and development.
2015 Survey & Results
A university-wide survey of Stanford’s staff members was conducted October 12-30, 2015. Business Affairs had a tremendous response rate of 76%. A summary of Business Affairs-level results was shared with our organization in the form of an email announcement from our CFO and VP for Business Affairs, Randy Livingston, in early March 2016. You can also view the University Summary of Results at the Cardinal at Work website.
Department and workgroup-specific results were reviewed at the local levels where further discussions and action planning took place. For specifics about your department’s action plans, please feel free to reach out to your manager or Business Affairs HR Team. We’d be happy to debrief you on current progress.
To continuously improve and enhance the Cardinal at Work experience, the next Staff Engagement Survey is planned for 2018.
