Open positions
To search open positions at Stanford, visit the Stanford Careers website. To view open positions in Business Affairs, filter by "Location" and select one or all Business Affairs locations (i.e., Business Affairs, Business Affairs Administrative Systems, etc.).
University IT Referrals
To submit an employee referral for positions within University IT, check out the UIT Referral Program and fill out the online referral form. Bonuses are available if your referral is hired.

Business Affairs Referrals
For employee referrals for all other Business Affairs positions (non-University IT), please ask your referral to apply to the open requisition on the Stanford Careers website and then contact your HR partner who supports the organization to which you belong and provide the following:
1) Requisition number of the open position
2) Job title of the open position
3) Candidate's name and resume
4) Brief description of how you know the individual
Your HR partner can forward your referral to the HR colleague whose organization has the open position so they can review and/or share with the hiring manager for consideration.
