Dr. Simone Ferber, PHR joined Business Affairs as our Associate Director of HR for FMS on June 6, 2022 reporting to Amy Shy.
Simone came to us from Stanford’s R&DE organization where she was the Talent Development Manager for 5 years.
As an accomplished organizational psychologist with extensive experience in change management and staff development, she is eager to take on the challenges and opportunities of an HR Manager.
Her deep knowledge of organizational development which she has honed over the past 8 years of working with diverse populations, will be a real asset to FMS and to all of Business Affairs. We are indeed lucky to have Simone joining the team.
Simone is highly motivated and self-directed and excels as both an individual and on a team. She resides in San Jose and is looking forward to diving deep into the world of FMS.
Simone was born and raised in Germany and lives in San Jose with her husband and three adult-children. She loves spending time with her family, cooking and going to the beach.”
