Jen Mallon Brown Appointed Associate Director of BAHR for University IT

We are very pleased to announce that Jen Brown has joined Business Affairs as our Associate Director of HR for UIT.

Jen comes to us from various industries, notably in Technology. Jen has experience with serving in higher education as well, and we’re proud to welcome her back to Stanford!

As an accomplished Human Resources Leader, Jen has extensive experience in leadership, development, and coaching. Jen is eager to take on the challenges and opportunities in the role of Associate Director of Human Resources, UIT.

Jen’s deep knowledge of talent development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, coaching, and employee engagement, which she has honed over the past 20 years of working with diverse populations will be a real asset to UIT, and to all of Business Affairs.
