Mentees

Mentee applications are open now, between October 22nd- November 9th

Mentees are resourceful, proactive, motivated, self-disciplined, and enthusiastic. They are eager to learn and open to new ideas and feedback.  They embrace feedback,  stay honest with themselves and are responsive.

Eligibility for Mentees

• Any benefits eligible Business Affairs employee of good standing (excluding *UIT)
• Committed to dedicating at least 9 hours to this program
• Not currently participating in other Stanford leadership program (such as TDP/STLP/ITLP/Manager Academy, etc.)
